It is possible to use your forms in any other page rather than your Service Desk Portal Page. Embedded forms work the same way as other forms on your portal. When you embed your form on a page and it is filled out, a Notion item will be created on your database.

To embed a form:

• Navigate to Hipporello’s Admin Panel.
• In the “Forms” section, locate the form you want to embed and click on that specific form.
• Scroll down to find the “Get the Embed Code” section, choose the embed code that suits your needs, and copy it.

Ensure that your form is successfully published and test its functionality by embedding the provided code into your desired webpage.
