While installing Hipporello’s Service Desk, you’re asked to authorize Hipporello to continue the installation process. Authorizing Hipporello means connecting the Service Desk with your Notion account so that you can work on Notion with it.

It’s a standard practice for Notion to ask you to authorize an integration for your user account, which means you’re doing it for all your Notion databases. Once authorized, Hipporello will ONLY access information on the Notion databases where you’ve added and configured Hipporello’s Service Desk.

The only things Hipporello uses this authorization to do are:

Hipporello uses these permissions on your behalf for actions you are actively taking in your browser or through automations.

Additionally, note that Hipporello does not store any of your Notion data on any external server. All of your data is stored on the Notion servers under your control.

You can also read about Hipporello’s Privacy Policy to learn more about data processing.
