After completing the setup of Hipporello Service Desk, accessing your User Portal to see it from a visitor’s perspective is straightforward:
- Direct Access: Simply type your portal’s address into a web browser tab. This address typically follows the format "yourportalname.hipporello.net".
- On Notion Database: Click on “User Portal” button on your Notion database to visit the user portal.
- Via Admin Panel: Enter the Hipporello Admin Panel, and click the “User Portal > Open User Portal” button located on the menu.
